Need to Return? - We Got Ewe!

We get it, sometimes an online purchase just doesn't work out. Luckily you can return it to us within 30 days of purchase for a refund. If you buy online please send it back to us at the Neon Sheep Barn. If you've purchased in store please return it to one of our stores. If you want to, you can read our full Returns Policy for more information. This does not affect your statutory rights, but is quite a long read!

Returns must be:

  • Accompanied by your proof of purchase (i.e. store receipt, credit card receipt, online order confirmation or dispatch email)
  • In the original packaging and/or with the original tags attached
  • Unopened, brand new condition.

For returns to the Barn, use our easy pre-paid returns label - a £3 charge will be deducted from your refund for this service.

🎄Extended Xmas Returns🎄

We have extended our usual 30-day return policy for Christmas to give you some extra time to buy your gifts for the festive period. For any gift purchased online at www.neon-sheep.com from the 1st November, a return can be made up until the 31st January 2020, subject to our Standard Return Policy Terms and Conditions. Returns can be made to our stores (excluding concessions), Free of Charge.

Alternatively, you can use our Royal Mail Returns Center to make a return to the Baaaarn. Returns using this service will incur a £3 charge. This does not affect your statutory rights.

If returning an unwanted item by post to be refunded, a charge of £3 will be deducted from your total refund.

If your item is faulty, mislabelled, not as described or we have sent you the wrong thing you can send this back to us free of charge.

Please follow the instructions in our returns portal, generate a returns label and take your parcel to any Royal Mail Post Office. Our label provides a tracked service - please keep a copy of your postage receipt.
Unfortunately we are not able to offer exchanges on online orders at this time.

Any purchase made in store, can be returned for a refund. Please ensure you have your store receipt and the card you have made the purchase with.

The store will be happy to offer you a refund on your purchase.
